Just some facts on Postbank’s service:
- I am missing more than 400 Euro out of my account — since three weeks
- The transaction has been reversed — since three weeks
- The Postbank doesn’t care too much about it — since three weeks
- The Postbank provides a 0180x support number, which is not reachable from overseas
- The Postbank didn’t reply on my e-support request for five days
- The Postbank did not reply on my fax
- The reply on my e-support request suggested to send a fax, which was already sent… but the second reply states that the e-support has no access to the fax-inbox… what the fuck?
- Calling the number stated in the Impressum is usually busy and you can pay for some minutes in the waiting loop. Two times they tried to connect me to the support, but the line went dead. I succeeded in my fourth try. But unfortunately there are no news. But another request for information. During my four calls I spend nearly 30min on the phone, wasting my time… and money…
